TRAINING

If you know about me, people have considered me to be the guy who is really cut. Unfortunately, I wasn’t always that guy. Throughout my life I've been skinny, swole, and even overweight. I created the IProvideFitness Bulk/Shred Plan to help all people, vast majority athletes. Before my fitness journey started in 2014, I never knew nutrition and my daily lifestyle would get me to this point. 

 

This 12 week program is designed to help shred weight and to gain muscle mass. Ranging to help all beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Exercises and the food selections are the key. So I thought this would be a good time to introduce the plan. You will be required to lift weight, etc... Increasing weight, reps, to avoid injury.
